The bidding processes started with all of the sub contractors arriving at the scheduled time, all reviewed what needed to be done in accordance with the plans and all were very professional. Full Home Renovation, Landscape Design - Patios, Fountain, Gate
Hal has done two major projects for us since 2013. The first was a total renovation of a three-bedroom, three bath patio home....new kitchen, new baths, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, new gas line, paint, new floors, water heater, roof update, etc. It was a three month project, and we had such confidence in him that we left for a three-week cruise in the middle of the project. Hal kept us updated regularly via email with photos. He brought the project in early and on-budget. When we had to spend more than the original estimate for any item, we were made aware of the possible overage and could either agree (for most) or not do the added work. He has great ideas, hires polite, quality-driven subs, keeps the worksite clear of clutter and is a great communicator. Every day work was being done, Hal was on-site for at least part of the day.
The second project (just completed) was a re-do of a very large patio - new saltillo tile, decorative Mexican ceramic tile, electrical and plumbing, rehab of the existing fountain, and new gate. Again, Hal did not disappoint us - the new patio looks beautiful and our neighbors love it, too.

Tucson Kitchen Renovation
My 1973 kitchen was remodeled. We used the existing floor plan. One wall was partially removed. New counter tops, (tile and quartz )new appliances and sinks, new lighting and the cabinet drawers were refinished. All walls were painted. We also had a wet bar removed from the family room. The wood floors were beautifully patched up/ replaced, from where the bar had been.
We were told the project would take a month. Everything was completed within that time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Hal was available, and made sure to be at the house at the beginning and end of the day. He explained what was going on, and made sure I was happy with the work.
