Commercial Kitchen Construction, Conversion of Residential House to Kitchen
This kitchen project near downtown Tucson is a fully equipped and licensed commercial kitchen. Numerous permits, inspections and requirements were met to complete the project working with the city of Tucson, Pima County Health Department and the Tucson Fire Department. All utilities were upgraded including bringing in new 3 phase electrical service, running all new plumbing and electrical both on the interior and exterior, a new roof, security features, lighting and many sinks and details needed for safe food handling. All of this was accomplished while working with the client's vision to preserve many features of the original structure such as moldings, adobe window openings, and finding ways to run utilities without visible conduit.

Ground up construction projects for a Tucson landfill and recycling facility including a large steel frame canvas enclosure, installation of large equipment: truck scales, sorting line, water tank, and cardboard bailer, complete renovation of office trailer down to the studs, new windows and all utilities. Most projects included large electrical services, plumbing, site prep, footings, concrete slabs, fittings and many other specifications.
