All utilities were upgraded including bringing in new 3 phase electrical service, running all new plumbing and electrical both on the interior and exterior, a new roof, security features, lighting and many sinks and details needed for safe food handling. All of this was accomplished while working with the client's vision to preserve many features of the original structure such as moldings, adobe window openings, and finding ways to run utilities without visible conduit.
